Maintaining high performance standards without supervision
I work at Target and we do this thing where we have a job report every 6 months we work. You get a pay raise depending on how your workplace looks and how you have been doing personally. Usually when I'm working my bosses are always busy so I am depended on to keep things going smoothly. On my off time when no one is coming through my line I go above and beyond to get things caught up at guest service. For doing all that hard work I was able to get a $1.09 raise and a good job report from my bosses. I think that no matter what your doing you should always have high performance standards. This is essential to my career pathway because if I want to make my patients better quicker than I will always have to have a high standard.
