Using a team approach to solve a problem
In Mr. Oliver's 10th grade Algebra 2 class he gave us a test to work on together. We first had to find a partner to work with, then we started the test. Once you start the test you and your partner should be able to work well on the problems and talk each other through them. On a partner test if you have a question you should first ask your partner for help and if he/she doesn't know it then you ask your teacher. Once you are done with the test then you and your partner turn it in. This is similar because in the workplace you will sometimes have to work as a team to get something finished.
